Electrode Induction Melting Gas Atomization Powder Making Equipment (EIGA)

EIGA (Electrode Induction Melting Gas Atomization) is a metal powder production technology in which a metal electrode is melted by an electromagnetic induction field without contact with the crucible, thus avoiding contamination and maintaining very high purity. The molten metal is then atomized using high-pressure inert gas, forming small metal droplets, which are then rapidly cooled to form a highly pure, spherical metal powder with extremely low oxygen content.
