EIGA (Electrode Induction Melting Gas Atomization) is a metal powder production technology in which a metal electrode is melted by an electromagnetic induction field without contact with the crucible, thus avoiding contamination and maintaining very high purity. The molten metal is then atomized using high-pressure inert gas, forming small metal droplets, which are then rapidly cooled to form a highly pure, spherical metal powder with extremely low oxygen content.

3D Powder Screening Equipment. This equipment is designed to classify, size-separate, and clean metal powders used in 3D metal printing technology, ensuring purity, particle size uniformity, and powder quality for the Additive Manufacturing (AM) process. The equipment can operate in an inert gas environment to reduce oxidation and prevent contamination.

The airflow classifier is a device that uses centrifugal force combined with a high-speed airflow to separate powders according to particle size.
